I first used Brad as a broker in 2009, when he found tenants for my apt. (I decided to move to Brooklyn, but it wasn't a good time to sell my apt in Manhattan, so soon after the beginning of the recession). It was a relief back then to turn over the process of screening tenants to Brad. He found a couple who sailed through the board sublet approval process and were wonderful tenants. Never a late rent check and very few calls with requests over the five years they lived in my apt.

At the end of 2014, when they decided to move out, I turned to Brad again in the hope of selling the apt. Brad gave the apt a quick assessment and made suggestions of some easy and inexpensive steps I should take to improve the unit (painting the kitchen and bathroom, new toilet seat, etc). I know his suggestions made the apt much more marketable and his help with finding an inexpensive painter who could take on the job was appreciated. Brad first listed the apt on a Tuesday, had an open house the following Sunday, and there was an accepted offer on Monday.

Through the negotiations and contract phases, I felt like I had a trusted advocate in Brad. He kept me informed of any problems and, working with my attorney, he saw the sale through to its end. From the first visit to the closing, Brad was always quick to get back to me and also reached out regularly with updates. He is, truly, fantastic and I can't recommend him any more highly. He's also just a really nice guy—it was great to have a broker who I always felt was completely reliable, forthcoming, and who stayed calm even when I was nervous.
